Changes to WRBS On-Air Lineup

Brighter Media Group announces updates to the WRBS/Baltimore (BRIGHT-FM) on-air lineup, bringing a fresh yet familiar dynamic to listeners while continuing to deliver uplifting content and encouraging music.

Longtime morning show co-host Tracey Tiernan will be moving to middays, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Tracey replaces Christina James who exited the station after 12 years last week for a new opportunity in Tennessee. In addition to her new weekday slot, Tracey will also host Sunday Morning with Tracey from 6-10AM.

The morning show will now be BRIGHT-FM Mornings with John & Tiffanie. John Lawhon and Tiffanie Knight will continue to bring their energy, humor, and heartfelt encouragement to start each day with joy and positivity.

“These changes allow us to serve our listeners in exciting new ways while staying true to BRIGHT-FM’s mission of sharing hope and encouragement,” said Steve Lawhon, General Manager.

The new Tracey Tiernan Show and BRIGHT-FM Mornings with John & Tiffanie begin April 7th.

Brighter Media Group is the media division of Peter and John Radio Fellowship, Inc., a not-for-profit religious organization founded in 1948, home to BRIGHT-FM 95.1FM & 103.1FM, WRBS-AM, and 48Live.

Ratings have plummeted. The show is awful. Only relates to whiny middle aged white women. The morning show is pretty bad too with the GM’s son. Jack Larkin is the sole remaining listenable on air talent.
