WRVL Habitat For Humanity
WRVL/Lynchburg (The Journey) helped out Habitat For Humanity of the Roanoke Valley for the 4th time by volunteering at their house build. Some of the Journey team spent the day hanging drywall!
The Journey Program Director Kenny Robinson said “this was a lot of fun, probably because I don’t have to do it everyday. But we had a blast supporting another great program in our community. Here at The Journey we love to give back in many different ways and I think we see that in many of the things that we do.”
As events come back following the pandemic, The Journey is involved in the community fireworks display, hosting a Christmas in July Ice Cream Night, and collecting items to help local teachers as they get ready for a new school year!
