WRVL Announces Staff Changes

Kenny Robinson (left) has been named Program Director at WRVL/Lynchburg (The Journey). Robinson will continue in morning drive, which he’s handled at The Journey since August of 2015. Prior to WRVL he was morning host and Program Director at WMSJ/Portland, ME.

In addition, Production Director Mark Edwards, who has been at WRVL for 26 years, has been named Assistant Program Director.

Last month GM Barry Armstrong announced his retirement and PD Mike Weston was named General Manager. Mike joined The Journey in April of 2015. He was previously Assistant Program Director and Midday Talent at WMHK/Columbia SC, where he served for 14 years.
