Worship 24/7 Expands Again

247 Media Ministries has reached an agreement with Twin Ports Radio LLC of Duluth, Minnesota to air Worship 24/7 on 100.9 FM (W265DO) fed by KJOQ-AM.

KJOQ currently airs a Sports Talk format but will flip to the Worship 24/7 network on, or about, Monday, March 8, 2021. KJOQ will be the third FM signal airing the Worship 24/7 format, joining KURT-FM in Central Oregon and KTDD-FM in Tacoma, Washington. Worship 24/7 launched in June of 2019 and quickly drew a passionate and loyal listener base. People in over 153 countries have tuned in to Worship 24/7 in the past eighteen months, and approximately 200 new people start listening each day through the Amazon Alexa smart speaker platform.

“Adding this signal is yet another opportunity to fulfill our mission to ignite a passion for God through worship,” says David Harms, President of 247 Media Ministries. “We were able to get very creative with Dan Hatfield of Twin Ports Radio to bring Worship 24/7 to Duluth and the surrounding communities. It’s clearly a win/win for everyone.”

KJOQ is the first station to air Worship 24/7 on a shared revenue model. “This format, and our flexibility with terms, is ideal for stations with an under-performing signal,” adds Harms. “It can become a revenue stream on a signal that is currently producing limited to no revenue, but primarily it can be a supplemental ministry format with minimal management and zero risk.”
