PAR President Eddie Baker privately announced the dual promotions during PAR’s annual leader’s dinner, which was held last Thursday evening. Baker praised Mrs. Larkins and Mrs. Sanders throughout the evening for their hard work and dedication to PAR.

“Colleen is very committed to advancing our ministry beyond radio and helping PAR fully embrace all things digital, including the web, apps, video streaming, social media and more,” said Baker. “She is tenacious and has earned a reputation for getting things done. We are happy to promote her as our new Vice President of Digital Media.”

“Kayla built the Partner Services department almost starting from scratch. We have some of the highest donor retention rates and direct mail response rates in the nation thanks to her, the team she put in place, and their care for our donors,” added Baker. “She is also a talented writer and gifted leader. We’re blessed to have her at the helm of one of the most important areas within PAR.”
