Northwestern Media & OneChild Partner
Northwestern Media and OneChild (formerly Mission of Mercy) announce a multi-year partnership designed to connect listeners to children living in extreme poverty around the world.
“We could not be more excited to partner with the Northwestern Media Stations,” says Faron Dice, National Director of Radio and Artist Engagement, “They are a growing and thriving network with a stellar industry reputation, AND they always put their listeners first which has created an incredible bond of trust and confidence from their audience.”
According to SVP for Media Jason Sharp, “As we work to reach our communities for Christ, it’s an honor to partner with OneChild. Our efforts to raise child sponsors will transform our listeners lives and the lives of children in poverty around the world. Sharing Jesus is the heartbeat of Northwestern.”
Northwestern Media is a part of the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. Northwestern owns and operates 21 stations in 13 markets across 10 states. Their radio signals reach more than 1.35 million people each week. Northwestern Media exists to lead people to Christ and nurture believers in their spiritual growth through Christ-centered media.
OneChild is a 60+ year old ministry that brings hope, truth, life, love and mercy to over 40,000 children living in extreme poverty in 15 nations around the world.
Dice adds, “With the Lord’s help, this partnership will inevitably be life-changing for thousands of children living in extreme poverty today. We can’t wait to watch the story unfold.”
