Mike Russell (at left) joins WAY-FM/Louisville as Operations Director.  Mike was previously with KWND/Springfield (88.3 The Wind). He will fill the vacant slot left by Bryan Johns who joined WAY-FM/Dallas for the launch of the new station. WAY FM Regional Manager Matt Hahn says, ” I’m excited Mike will be joining the WAY-FM family and bring his strategic experience to the Louisville market.”  Russell starts Monday, November 30th.

John Dale has joined KTLF/Colorado Springs ( Light Praise) as Program Director.  Dale previously held positions with the Bott Radio Network as the Director of Marketing and Focus on the Family as Manager of Broadcast Production.
