KVNE Has A New Program Director

KVNE/KGLY/Tyler has hired Bill Bumpas as the new Program Director.  His first day on the job is Monday, March 18th. Bumpas replaces Susan O’Donnell who announced her exit last month as she moved back to Houston, allowing her to be close to her family.

President/CEO, Troy Kriechbaum on the addition to the team, “Bill and I worked together for 15 years at KCBI in Dallas.  During that season of ministry I witnessed a man with a servant’s heart and a willingness to do whatever it takes to serve the Lord with excellence.  In radio ministry, Bill is multi-talented and has experience in programming, management, news, production, story telling, on-air hosting and fundraising.   He has a communications degree from Oklahoma Baptist.  Most importantly, he has a heart to honor the Lord!”

89.5 KVNE and 91.3 KGLY exist to glorify God by encouraging people, connecting our community and pointing people to Jesus Christ. Since its inception in 1983, KVNE/KGLY has aired scripture each hour believing God’s Word will never return void. A continuing commitment to live, local radio with substantial community involvement is pivotal to its success. The stations fulfill the mission by partnering and collaborating with dozens of Jesus-focused local ministries locally and internationally.
