WCIF General Manager
General Manager/Operations/Programming: Christian Radio Ministry in the Southeast has a Full time position available for an experienced individual who is a born-again believer with a heart for Christ and a passion for providing a great and effective radio Christian Ministry.
General Manager, WCIF Radio
Principal Function: The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the WCIF radio station. This position requires business knowledge, leadership ability and a technical understanding of how the station operates. The General Manager oversees the station in a manner that will provide the highest level of professional Christian standards and skills that are consistent with the mission, policies, procedures, and core doctrine of WCIF.
Staff Relationship: The General Manager is responsible to the Lead Pastor, First Baptist Church, Melbourne, FL
Job Requirements: A Bachelor Degree, or commensurate experience in non-commercial Christian Radio. Preferred 5-10 years of experience in non-commercial radio station administration with a call to Christian Ministry. Demonstrated effective level of oral and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated team leadership experience, and Biblical Spiritual leadership. The WCIF General Manager position is considered a ministerial position of First Baptist Church of Melbourne; as such, the General Manager must be a member of the church.
