UCB Canada Content Production Coordinator

The Content Production Coordinator is responsible for managing content through various production teams, including video production, copywriting, graphic design, audio production, and other related teams. Additionally, this role involves coordinating outsourced content creation and ensuring all content is on-brand, delivering consistent brand messaging for UCB Media.

The Content Production Coordinator will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including Website Development, Radio Programming, Marketing & Sales, Donor Engagement, and others, to deliver effective and integrated campaigns.

A strong knowledge of various multimedia production processes is required, and graphic design skills with familiarity in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential. Experience ideating, storyboarding, scripting, and producing video features with knowledge of set design, shooting, editing, and video production processes, along with writing blogs and feature stories, would be an asset.

As an Ambassador of Christ and an employee, the successful candidate is required to fulfil the dual role of a committed and practicing Christian as well as having the technical skills to satisfy their role. The Content Production Coordinator may be required to perform such other and/or additional duties within their skill and competence as the business may require.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with UCB Media organizational goals.
    • Oversee content production across various teams, including video production, copywriting, graphic design, and audio production.
  2. Production Oversight:
    • Coordinate with both internal and outsourced content creators.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and tone.
  3. Design and Production:
    • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
    • Engage in storyboarding, scripting, and video production processes
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work alongside different departments for integrated campaign delivery.
    • Contribute to content ideas and creative direction.
  5. Brand Consistency:
    • Maintain on-brand standards across all content.
    • Uphold the integrity of the brand through all content mediums

Additional Duties:

  • The successful candidate will be required to develop, and share devotionals for all employees, participate in the Employer daily prayer time and participate in and take a turn in leading the Employer chapel service.
