Applicants should have a desire to become a Texan, not be scared of a little heat, understand risk it for the brisket, develop a deep love for Tex-Mex and have a love for Jesus the size of Texas! On air you will put the spotlight on the listener, share your real-life experiences on the air, as well as be able to engage listeners in a meaningful and compelling way. Strong social media experience is vital.
