WFSH/Atlanta (104.7 The Fish) will present MercyMe in a post Atlanta Braves game concert September 18th at Truist Park.

Newsboys, recently released their take on the popular worship song, “King of Kings”. The up-tempo version features additional vocals from Bart Millard of MercyMe.

“When we heard this song for the first time, we were so struck by the story it tells and the reminder that it brings”, said lead vocalist Michael Tait. “Even while Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy, we continue to serve the King of Kings.”

Additionally, the group announces their “Stand Together Tour” with special guests Cochren & Co., Adam Agee, and Jeremy Rosado. Set to kick off October 6th in Champaign, IL

UPDATE: Wayne Pederson was back in Houston this week to take tests.

Wayne told HisAir, “Things went well as Houston MD Anderson is so professional, so efficient, and so caring.  We did all the tests, including a biopsy of the tumor on the appendix.  We will get the results Friday; and that will determine whether or not it’s malignant, and determine future treatment which will likely involve surgery and chemo. HOWEVER, we’re receiving the fervent prayers of hundreds of friends around the world praying for God’s direct healing. Those prayers are powerful and encouraging.  God can divinely heal directly or through effective medical treatment.  Meanwhile, Ephesians 6, we “take up the shield of faith with which we can extinguish the flaming darts of the evil one.”
