Hope Media Group (HMG) has closed on Worship 24/7, which combines two ministries united by a shared mission to love Jesus, serve others, and spread hope. In June HMG and Worship 24/7 announced a plan to legally unite in a transaction that has been approved by the FCC. The two ministries began partnering in 2023 with Hope Media Group leasing it’s Portland station to Worship 24/7, and expanded last year with Worship 24/7 also airing on additional HMG HD channels and translators in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, West Palm Beach, and Evansville, IN.

In a related move, Worship 24/7 President and General Manager David Harms has joined Hope Media Group as Pastor of Discipleship, further strengthening the organization’s commitment to spiritual growth and engagement. In this new role, Harms will focus on fostering discipleship opportunities across Hope Media Group’s platforms and expanding reach and deeper connections with audiences through biblical content and prayer initiatives.

“We are grateful for David’s heart for ministry and his deep passion to see people grow as followers of Jesus. His leadership, humility, and vision make this transition a natural fit, and we are eager to see how God will work through his role as Pastor of Discipleship. David’s presence strengthens Hope Media Group’s commitment to intentionally guiding audiences on their spiritual journey.” — Joe Paulo, CEO, Hope Media Group

David Harms added, “For the last few years I have been desiring to lead people to a deeper relationship with God. That desire was one of the driving motivations behind launching Worship 24/7 just over 6 years ago. Hope Media Group’s mission is to Love Jesus, Serve Others and Spread Hope … living out that mission is discipleship, and this position seems like a natural next step to doing what the Lord has put on my heart.”

“While the music and programming are clearly faith-based, BOOST welcomes listeners from all walks of life,” said Sandi Brown, President of BOOST. “You don’t have to be a Christian to appreciate Hip Hop that builds up the community and culture.”

The audience growth for BOOST in St. Louis is rooted in its heart for the community. This year alone, the station has been on the ground at school supply drives, neighborhood festivals, block parties, charity 5Ks, and countless other local events—meeting an incredible 40,191 listeners face-to-face. With a small but passionate team of local DJs, BOOST is more than just a radio station; it’s a neighbor, showing up where people live, work, and celebrate. By listening closely and responding quickly to feedback, BOOST continues to build authentic connections that make St. Louis feel seen, heard, and valued.

Gateway Creative Broadcasting launched BOOST 95.5 in 2014 as a sister station to KLJY (99.1 JOY FM).
