Kim Hudgins is the new Director of Radio Relationships at StowTown Records. She replaces Donna King who remains on the label as an artist and will return to touring and songwriting full-time.

Kim started in radio promotions in 1997 when Chris White (Sonlite Records) and Mickey Gamble (Horizon Records) hired her to take the reins for their Horizon Music Group family of artists. In December 1998, she ventured out on her own and founded Kim Hudgins Promotions. Her company experienced such exponential growth that her husband Tony left his job in April 1999 to join her in radio promotions. They ultimately decided to change the company name to Spin-N-Motion. Kim and Tony left the radio music ministry in 2013 and, at last count, had been contributors to well over 300 Singing News Top 80 songs, 240 Top 40 songs, 175 Top 20 songs and 28 #1 songs.

Kim tells HisAir, “I love to enhancing artists ministries and give the glory to God for any success, knowing He uses me for a higher purpose; to help spread the Gospel in song.”

20 The Countdown’s William Ryan III checks in with HisAir and says “Our year-end countdown, top songs of 2022, is up now for stations and streaming on the website. I had Jon Rivers on the show to help introduce the number-one song of the year. We also got a quick update from him on how he’s doing. Not sure if that’s newsworthy for your weekly update but wanted to let you know since a lot of people ask about him still.
