The Brant Hansen Show airs in mornings 5:30-10am on WAWZ/NYC (Star 99.1). WAWZ added the Brant Hansen Show (Brant and Sherri) to evenings starting in August 2020. 

Former morning co-host Kristen James moves to middays 10a-3p returning after a leave to give birth to her baby boy. James hosted mornings with Dave Moore who is now at Family Life Radio/Tucson in afternoon drive.

11-time GMA Dove Award-winning vocal trio Selah is celebrating 25 years in Christian music with the release of two anticipated full-length recordings this fall.

“Greatest Hymns Vol. 3” drops Oct. 14, alongside “At This Table: A Christmas Album.” Both projects – releasing via the group’s label, 3Cre8tive – will be available exclusively at national retail with various singles slated for digital release.

“There have been many highlights in our career so far, including performing at Carnegie Hall; singing at the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon after Sept. 11, 2001; making our debut on the Grand Ole Opry; and headlining the historic Ryman Auditorium,” Selah’s Todd Smith said. “However, the stories of how God has spoken to others through our music mean the most to us.


Curb Word artists We Are Messengers gives “Come What May” the bilingual treatment with this new version of their No. 1 hit. The reimagined iteration reveals We Are Messengers frontman Darren Mulligan uniting with Maverick City Music’s Aaron Moses. Together, the two men offer up a Spanish/English edition of the triumphant chart-topping anthem, declaring the same truth in two languages: In every high, in every low… I’ll rest in the arms of Jesus, come what may.

“Come What May (Spanish/English Version) [feat. Aaron Moses]” was written by Darren Mulligan and Jeff Pardo; and produced by Jeff Pardo. The track is available 9/16.


Tiffanie Beever is now the Senior Events Manager at WRBS/Baltimore (Bright FM). She was formerly with KWND/Springfield (The Wind).


Bernal Christian Records founder & Evangelist Paulino Bernal died on Saturday (Sept. 10) at age 83 after fighting lung cancer. Bernal owned and operated more than a dozen Spanish Language religious radio stations in Texas carrying a satellite-fed programming schedule through his La Nuevo Cristiana ministry.

Bernal Christian Records has grown with a whole ministry, radio station, and record label promoting Christian talent and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
