WKJA/Barberton, OH (Heartfelt Radio) is celebrating its 4th anniversary. WKJA (91.9-FM) is owned by Christian Healthcare Ministries, a voluntary cost-sharing ministry. CHM purchased the radio station in late 2018 and after a year of construction launched the 24,000 watts station. The WKJA format is to provide an eclectic mix of Christian music and programming, including some children’s programming. Longtime Northeast Ohio radio broadcaster Mark Zimmerman hosts mornings with interviews of local Christian leaders as well as internationally-known Christian speakers and musicians.

FLASHBACK – Feb 15, 2022 – After 11 years Roxanne Richardson has exited WDJC/Birmingham where she co-hosted the morning show. Roxanne, who’s been on the air in Birmingham 31 years, told HisAir today, “I’ve resigned from the legendary WDJC, a job that I loved and don’t really know what the future holds. But I’m trusting God. I’m so thankful for all the phenomenal relationships formed on and off the air. He’s the God of the impossible, and I’m believing for big things to come.”
