Robyn Sedgwick announces she is joining Way Media as General Manager of WayFM stations in Colorado and Kansas. She’ll start the position on March 1st. Robyn previously was GM at KTLF/Colorado Springs and KCME/Colorado Springs.

Robyn fills the opening left by Zach Cochran who was named Chief Executive Officer at The Family Radio Network, Inc. based in Appleton, WI last November 2021.


WRDR/Freehold Township, NJ (The Bridge Radio) has filled recent openings for Broadcast Operations Assistant and for the Community Relations Manager position.

Amy Montoya from Southern California is the new Community Relations Manager and Ethan Campbell from Nashville joins as new Broadcast Operations Manager.


Capitol Christian Music Group (CCMG) has promoted EJ Gaines to SVP Marketing/Co-Executive Director of Motown Gospel. Gaines has served as Co-Executive Director of Motown Gospel and Vice President of Marketing at CCMG since 2018, prior to his position as Motown Gospel’s Vice President of Marketing. Gaines reports to Capitol Christian Music Group Co-President Hudson Plachy.

“I’m thrilled for EJ and this well-deserved promotion,” commented Plachy. “EJ is an important part of the senior leadership team at CCMG and he has taken on increased responsibility to serve our artists across the company. He brings unique experience and energy to the artists and partners we serve at CCMG.”
