After over 10 years at WSOH/Bellefontaine, OH (Rise FM) Operations Director/Morning Show Host Angie Vertucci has exited the station.
Angie recently took the Executive Director position at the Hope Center in Marysville, OH. Station Managing Director and Founder Mark Boyer thanked Angie from the stage at Rock the Lake on Saturday, August 3 at Indian Lake before an estimated crowd of over 10,000. Boyer thanked her for her hard work and dedication over the last 10 years.
World Concern and i58:10 Media have agreed to partner once again in the sphere of radio fundraising. Beginning June 1, 2024, i58:10 Media became the agency of record for World Concern and began representing them on-air in July.

The National Dominican Day Parade, which draws thousands of people to Manhattan each year to celebrate the culture of the Dominican Republic, returned this Sunday Aug 11 for its 42nd iteration.
Former KROI/Houston PD and talent coach Terri Thomas has been inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame Class of 2024. Terri has nearly 20 years of experience In Texas radio, On Air, as PD, and Operations Manager across multiple brands.

Brian Tucker exits WIAM.com after one year. Brian has launched a new online station Christian Mix 106. Brian tells HisAir, “Christian Mix 106, is a mix of contemporary songs by the bigger names and Independents, plus will be wide ranging musically and have Inspirational minutes, verse of the day liners, etc. I am going to school to get my Bachelor’s in ministry, I am 3/4 of the way there plus doing this plus doing PR work for some of our ladies who do Inspirational Minutes which are broadcast on other internet stations as well.”
