New JOB Alert: KHBW/International Falls, MN (Heartland Christian Broadcasters) PD/morning host Michele Eastty has been promoted to General Manager. Longtime GM Bruce Christopherson, is retiring after 40 years service.
HCBI is an independent non-denominational Christian radio ministry and for over 40 years has have operated non-commercial and listener supported stations. KHBW (Psalm FM) is their 100 kw unique mix of contemporary Praise and Worship music and talk programming.

WPOZ/Orlando (Z88.3) added it’s 18th FM facility to its family of Christian stations in Central Florida.
The newest signal is 104.7 FM for “La Zeta®” Spanish Christian station (which is on 102.5 FM in Orlando). The new 104.7 FM in Kissimmee, FL covers fast growing Osceola County from OIA south to Kissimmee and St Cloud including Hunters Creek, Harmony and Lake Nona. This is a population pickup of approximately 600,000 of which 57% identified as Hispanic in the last census.

Salem Radio Network host Dennis Prager (pictured below) spent part of his 4th of July weekend in Philadelphia, addressing the annual summit of “Mom’s For Liberty,” a conservative group advocating parental rights…education reform…and other political/social issues. The event also drew 2024 presidential candidates including former President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley and others.
Prior to speaking with summit attendees, Prager stopped outside the convention hotel to interact with about 100 street protesters: “They are loud and boisterous, but wilt when confronted with clarity and logic,” Prager added.
