Jeremiah Beck announces he will exit KBMQ/Monroe (88.7 The Cross) at the end of June. Beck who has been with the station the past 10 years, stepped down from the PD position in May, staying on through June to co-host the morning show with KBMQ GM Sheryl Ford. Beck says he will focus on his writing career.

As for KBMQ, Jeff Connell has been brought on as interim PD while Ford looks for a new PD/morning co-host. The opening is HERE.


David Harms station Worship 24/7 is two years old this week. On June 27, 2019 Worship 24/7 was born as an online only radio station. Today Worship 24/7 has been heard in 170 countries online. And most recently three over the air signals have been added – 104.9 in Tacoma, WA, 93.7 in Bend, OR. And 100.9 in Duluth, MN.
David told HisAir, “The last two years have been a wild ride of faith as God has taken us from an online only radio station to where we are today with three terrestrial signals and listeners in 170 countries through our online platforms. The goal has always been to super-serve the audience that loves Worship music, not as a radio format, but by creating a worship experience for them. It’s definitely different, and as the Lord leads we see tremendous growth ahead.”

Gospel Radio Favorites Showcase (TV) adds the Now Network as a new affiliate. Brian Crowe, host of “Gospel Radio Favorites” radio program announced the new TV project in April and it launched the first week of June. The 30 minute program features live artist performances, artist music videos, interviews, industry news and much more.


Radioinsight reports EMF is purchasing two New York signals that operate as rimshots across the border to serve the Montréal market. EMF will pay $2.5 million for WYUL/Chateaugay and WVNV/Malone NY from Martz Communications Group. Both are licensed to the US and have sales offices in both Montréal and Cornwall ON through Radio Marketing Solutions.


Curb | Word Entertainment and Big Daddy Weave have entered into a new agreement to continue their long-term relationship. The band, first signed to Fervent Records in 2001, with Fervent later becoming part of the Curb | Word Entertainment family, has earned 10 career #1 singles, 7 career Top 5 singles, and multiple awards and nominations for the Dove Awards, K-LOVE Fan Awards, Billboard Music Awards, ASCAP and BMI Awards, as well as receiving The Rich Mullins Artist Impact Award.
