Worship 24/7 signed on today with its latest acquisition KYOZ/Spokane, Washington (95.7). 

247 Media Ministries, the parent organization of the Worship 24/7 network announced the purchase of KYOZ in April this year. The signal covers the full market of Spokane and into the panhandle of Idaho.

“This format has proven to attract a very loyal audience who senses a connection with God through focused Worship Music.” Said David Harms, President of 247 Media Ministries. “We are excited to see how God will use this signal to draw people to Himself through Worship Music 24 hours a day.”

KYOZ is the fourth signal in the Worship 24/7 Network and joins with 93.7 FM KURT-FM in Central Oregon, 104.9 FM KTDD-FM in the South Puget Sound area, and in Amarillo on KBZD-HD2 and its translator on 102.3 FM. The full network now reaches nearly 3 million people, plus an online listening community representing 180 countries.


WFIF/New Haven/Bridgeport (AM 1500/101.9 FM) celebrates its 40th anniversary on the air June 14th. WFIF is owned by the Blount Communications Group and operates seven Christian radio stations in five New England states. 


KBNJ/Corpus Christi experienced a power outage at the transmitter site early this morning. KBNJ PD Juan Reyes says the station got back on the air at 9:35am and everything is running smoothly again.

WHIF/Palatka (Hope FM) midday personality Ricky Bybee has retired. Bybee joined WHIF in October 2014 and will continue as Associate Pastor of a local church that is growing immensely.


Daywind Radio is offering an hour long Fathers Day special to stations Free to stations. The allows for (2) four minute breaks.
