New Life Radio Russia (NLR) President Daniel Johnson says, “There isn’t a government in the world that can stop the gospel,” We will pivot and move on as always.”

In July The Ukrainian government passed a law that bans Russian music on radio and television. About 65 percent of NLR is music including worship songs in Russian. New Life Radio broadcasts from from Odessa on Ukraine’s Black Sea coast. An estimated 22 percent of the Ukrainian population speaks native Russian, with 36 percent speaking the language primarily at home.
