Family Radio announced that its Fall Support Drive 2025 brought in nearly 2,100 listener gifts totaling $477,000 for the on-air portion of the fundraiser. Remarkably, that amount was raised in only 2 ½ days. These results represent a 16% increase in support, and an 18% increase in the number of people giving, compared to Fall 2024 and 20% of the donors were first time donors.
“What excites me most is that people aren’t just supporting a radio station,” said Doug Hannah, Senior Director of Content at Family Radio. “They’re supporting a place where the Bible is front and center, where hymns still matter, and where listeners trust that what they’ll hear will be rooted in God’s Word. The fact that so many joined in tells me this kind of ministry still matters, maybe now more than ever.”
Christian Family Radio in South Central Kentucky (WCVK Bowling Green, WJVK Owensboro, WZVK Glasgow) finished 2025 Fall Pledge Drive on September 19 at 10:00 a.m., at 102% goal. Using Rachel Purcell’s song “Show Up” as the theme daily benchmarks were hit earlier than ever before. Purcell and Centricity Music made a station visit well in advance to record inspiring content for the fundraiser.

Hope Media Group has announced Nancy Overfield as its new Chief of Marketing. She will also serve as General Manager of HMG’s Houston radio stations, KSBJ and Spanish Christian KHVU (Vida Unida), and starts her new role in early October.
Currently serving as President of Latin World Entertainment Licensing, Overfield brings decades of experience in marketing and merchandising entertainment and media properties.
