Zayne says, “So many wonderful friends and talent at Stephens Media Group, 94.1 KXOJ, Z104.5 The Edge, 100.9 KTSO and the infamous Sports Animal Tulsa. 4 years I treasured these incredible folks and gave it my all to serve along side with them.”
Zayne is now in the Melbourne Fl market as GM of 5 signals under the MARC Media ownership.
WLFC/North Baltimore, OH (88.3) serving Findlay and surrounding communities is being sold to K-LOVE Inc. The seller is The University of Findlay (private not-for-profit educational institution). Selling price $180,750. K-LOVE began airing its programming on the station under a network affiliation agreement in August.

KBRN/Boerne, TX (Boerne Radio 103.9) announces Production Manager Roland J. Ruiz has been inducted into the San Antonio Radio Hall of Fame. Besides serving Boerne Radio, Roland is also the arena announcer for the San Antonio Spurs, The San Antonio Missions Baseball Stadium Announcer, The San Antonio Gunslingers Arena Football Announcer, and for Texas State Sports.
Boerne Radio’s GM Baron Wiley lured Ruiz out of retirement in May 2025, after having worked together for a dozen years for the Salem Media Group. Ruiz was there from November 2011 through December 2023. “Yeah, Baron pulled me off the scrap heap last year, so here I am,” Ruiz joked.
Ruiz will become the third person associated with Boerne Radio to be added to the San Antonio Radio Hall of Fame, joining Wiley and radio legend Sonny Melendrez who’s also in the Texas Radio Hall of Fame, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as one of the Top 100 DJs of All Time.

Voice of the Church/Swaziland (VOC) popular radio personality Make Zodwa Tfwala is reportedly leaving the Christian radio station amid ongoing management and governance concerns.
Employees have reportedly been informed of Tfwala’s decision, although she has not publicly commented. VOC Programs Manager Thembeni Dlamini did not deny the departure but declined to provide further details.
The station has faced employee complaints over low salaries and management practices under Executive Director Rev. Zachariah Mtsetfwa. Tfwala is expected to leave VOC next week.

WFSH/Atlanta (104.7 The Fish) air talent Beth Bacall won a Gabby Award for “Best On-Air Personality for Large Market Radio” at GABCON the annual event held by The Georgia Broadcaster’s Association (GAB).
The gathering, held on September 15 and 16, 2023 brought together industry leaders and professionals to inspire and celebrate excellence and innovation in broadcasting. GABCON continues to be the largest and most influential gathering of radio and television broadcasters in Georgia, fostering collaboration, innovation, and the celebration of excellence in the field.

The TWR Guam Generator Project will install a 1.5 million-watt generator for KTWR/Guam. The new transmitter will help the station stay on the air during blackouts or hurricanes that would impact KTWR being knocked off the air. The signal covers thousands of miles to multiple countries and a potential audience of millions in China, North Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia and many more places.
