Caleb Williams at Clear Hits Radio tells HisAir today, “We are hosting our first concert in July. We have Reach Records artist Hulvey headlining it. We are also the home of The Mitch Darrell show on Saturday at 10 AM. Lots of exciting things coming our way. I am hoping to launch more programs too!”

Ron Diaz at ReZurrection Radio checks in with HisAir. Ron says, “We are in the works for expansion into Latin Music Radio Playlists. We will be launching 2 Spanish channels and 1 Portuguese channel for the Brazilian and Portugal markets. A “Live HitZ channel that’s sounds like one big live CCM music festival. Perfect for those still in quarantine and can’t make live shows. We are also testing a Conservative News/Talk format.”

WGTS/Wash DC has been named a Best Christian Workplace by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI) for the 2nd year in a row.  All WGTS staff members took the BCWI workplace survey.  This survey covers three core areas, including character, competence, and chemistry.  Organizations that score at least a 4.0 or higher on the survey are certified as Best Christian Workplaces.  WGTS participated in the workplace survey for the first time last year.

The first national EAS test since before the pandemic began is set for Aug 11, 2021. FEMA officials have informed the FCC it plans its sixth national EAS test Aug 11th.
