WNFR/Port Huron, MI (90.7 Hope FM) wrapped up their Annual Spring Share Hope on-air fundraiser exceeding their goal by 14%. After reaching the budgeted need by early afternoon Thursday, the station shared their vision to “Expand Hope”, growing the ministry both terrestrially and digitally.
“Our entire team is humbled by the generosity of our amazing community of listeners! The stories of lives being touched will never get old.” said station manager, Brian Smith, “We’re excited about what this means for more people being able to experience Hope through Jesus through our media ministry. It is always a blessing to work alongside Jack Eason with The Heart Share Group and our amazing staff and volunteers. To God be the Glory!”
35 years ago today WCVK/Bowling Green, KY (Christian Family Radio first went on the air. Since that April 23, 1986 CFR has has been on a mission to share all the stories of what God is doing in their community and how lives are being changed. CFR Executive Director Bridget Kehrt Groce says that “the mission is to showcase God’s glory through the story. We tell that story continually, keeping it current…it should be vital, vibrant, alive, and well-displayed.”

Pathway Christian Academy purchases WJNC/Jacksonville NC (92.9 translator W225CS) for $150,000 from Heritage Broadcasting. Pathway Christian Academy of Goldsboro, NC operates Go Mix Christian Radio with flagship station WAGO/Snow Hill, NC (88.7 FM)
Iowa Catholic Radio is acquiring KLOX/Creston IA (90.9) for $50,000 from Florida Public Radio.
SRN News will provide coverage of President Joe Biden giving his first speech to a Joint Session of Congress on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 marking his 100th day in office. The White House says the address will begin at 9PM Eastern time.
SRN coverage will be anchored by SRN News U.S. Senate Bob Agnew, who will be joined by TOWNHALL News Capitol Hill correspondent Bernie Bennett.
