Congrats to Zach Williams for winning his first ever Grammy Award last night for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for “Chain Breaker!” Zach was quoted, “Blown away. Completely shocked. I’m a huge fan of everyone in the category and honored to win, but without God none of this would be possible.”

In addition Gospel/Christian music artist winners included CeCe Winans for Best gospel performance/song “Never Have to be Alone,” and “Best Gospel Album” “Let Them Fall in Love” which The Winans gave credit to her son Alvin Love who produced and wrote most of the songs.  Also, other winners for Best contemporary Christian music performance/song “What A Beautiful Name,” Hillsong Worship. Also, congrats to all nominees including Travis Greene, Tauren Wells, Marvin Sapp, JJ Hairston, Anita Wilson at the 60th Recording Academy GRAMMY AWARDS in New York…

Last week the WAY FM crew spent time in Ecuador visiting Compassion children and remarkable amazing stories of children set free from poverty. This week WAY FM will go on the air asking their listeners to become sponsors. The goal is to have 2000 kids sponsored.
