Drew Wilson Exits KSBJ

KSBJ/Houston APD/MD Drew Wilson has exited his position at the station. His last full-time day was Monday but he will stay on temporarily part-time to assist with the music.

Drew told HisAir today, “After 10 years with Hope Media I’m sad to be leaving but excited for both the future of HMG and getting to pursue my passion for content creation.” If anyone would like to reach out and collaborate on a project, I can be reached at drewjordancreative@gmail.com.”

Drew will be working remotely with KTSY/Boise doing content creation.

He joined KSBJ as APD/MD in 2018 replacing Troy West who was promoted to Program Director after the departure of Ty McFarland. Previous to KSBJ Wilson was Operation Director WAYM/Nashville (WayFM). Wilson began his radio career with KSWP/Lufkin. Then in 2010 was a part of the NGEN launch in Houston, TX where he eventually became the PD/MD for the station.

KSBJ has started a search for a APD/MD, listing is HERE.
