Cruz to join Provident Label Group
SHINE.FM Network PD Jeff Cruz (at left) has been hired as Vice President of Promotions for Provident Label Group. He will be joined by Brian Dishon who joins PLG as Vice President of Marketing. Dishon and Cruz will oversee rosters on the Essential, Reunion, and Beach Street Records. Cruz brings nearly 20 years of broadcast experience to PLG having served in on air and and programming capacities for stations including Shine FM in Chicago/Indianapolis/Lansing/NW Indiana, WMHK/Columbia and WPOZ/Orlando (Z88.3). His last day at SHINE.FM will be March 31st.Brian Dishon was with PLG from 2007-2012) and will return from a position as multi-site ministries director for Cross Point Church in Nashville.

Dishon and Cruz begin their new roles on April 4.
Additionally, Provident has appointed Jimmy Wheeler to Vice President of Sales and Distribution. Jimmy was formerly the Vice President of Sales for Provident Label Group. Effective immediately, Jimmy will be responsible for leading Provident’s sales and distribution functions for all markets.
Provident has also promoted Roxanne Nichols to Director of Label Operations for Provident Label Group effective immediately. Roxanne was previously Associate Director of Marketing for the Label Group.
