Thursday’s passing of Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96 ended seven decades of her reign as Britain’s longest-tenured monarch…and has prompted a worldwide outpouring of sympathy for the Royal Family…as well as interest in the ascension of King Charles III to the throne of England.

SRN News and TOWNHALL News have been on top of this breaking story from the moment the Queen died on Thursday and Balmoral Castle, and we will supply affiliates with:

  • Special Reports
  • live breaking news coverage (including Friday’s first natiowide address by King Charles III)
  • longform coverage of events leading up to the Queen’s funeral and the coronation of the new king

Tom Tradup, v.p./News & Talk Programming for SRN states: “America’s special relationship with Great Britain will be a primary factor driving our coverage on SRN News, TOWNHALL News and our Salem Radio Network national talk shows in the exciting days ahead.”

The lineup also includes Adam Gontier (Saint Asonia, Three Days Grace), Mixi Demner (Stitched Up Heart), Garrett Russell (Silent Planet), Mikey Carvajal (Islander), Shayley Bourget (Dayshell, Of Mice & Men), Austin Carlile (Of Mice & Men, Attack Attack!), Disciple, The Protest and Clayton Jennings.
