Few markets have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic like Washington D.C., with commutes and listening habits deeply affected by government employees working from home. In spite of the challenges, WGTS/Wash DC ended its recent Fall Fundraiser an increase over last fall’s event.
“Feelings of uncertainty and anxiety have been high here in the Nation’s Capital this year. We’ve been blessed to be in a position to help many people but to do so requires funding,” said WGTS President and General Manager Kevin Krueger. “Keeping WGTS 91.9 strong is important and has required careful and intentional planning at a time when giving to many nonprofits has been down. The Vidare team has helped us remain forward-thinking and relevant in our fundraising efforts during a critical season.”
Vidare Creative is proud to be a part of the ongoing success story of WGTS as they impact the most influential city in our nation.
