We also seek to encourage believers that have written off Christian music as "not for them" that there is variety out there and finding Christian music that connects with them can be extremely spiritually beneficial. As this relaunch occurs over the next few months, we are looking to fill three different on-air position: morning, mid-day and evening. As a start-up, we are trying to keep our staff and budget small so along with your on-air shift, these full-time positions would also require you to take on another role at the station. We have already selected our afternoon host who will be serving as the GM/PD/MD of the station so we are looking for applicants with expertise in marketing/underwriting, production, promotions, bookkeeping and more. If you have any experience that will set you apart from the pack as far as off-air duties are concerned, we'd love to hear about it! Please send your resume and aircheck to  josh@thecrossfm.com .
