Family Life Radio Network is located in Beautiful Tucson, Arizona.  You will be on a nationwide Network on over 40 stations covering cities like Phoenix, Detroit, Albuquerque, Kansas City, Saginaw, Tucson, and Panama City, just to name a few.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Helps develop a listener-focused show while sharing your faith on the air in everyday language of our target audience.
  • Demonstrates the ability to create memorable moments for the listener, while speaking to what is “top of mind” with our target audience
  • Has the ability to run a board and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Each employee is a full-time ambassador of the Lord and of FLC, has a faith walk with Christ and is active in their church. All team members regularly participate in staff devotions as our duties allow, and we’re ready to pray with and provide biblical encouragement to those who need ministry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years on-air experience as a show host
  • Experience using audio editing software such as Adobe Audition and Voxpro
  • Basic experience working with the web and social media platforms
  • General knowledge & experience using automation systems (i.e. Nexgen, Zetta)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must consistently project a high-level of energy and effectively connect with the listener
  • Ability to professionally represent FLC both on-air and in person; requires maturity, poise, and professionalism
  • Ability to quickly (and accurately) record, edit and air phone calls
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills

OTHER:

  • Must be willing/able to travel and make public appearances, which includes over night and weekend travel & appearances
  • Must possess a valid AZ driver’s license with clean driving record
