Nielsen Nov PPM Ratings are releasing this week and Monday of next week.  On day 2 we’ll get Tampa, St Louis, Wash DC and more. Results from Nielsen subscribing stations will be available. WAFJ/Augusta afternoon host Kevin Davis announces he is leaving the station and headed back to Memphis. Kevin has accepted the General Manager job at News/Talk KWAM/Memphis,  owned by Todd Starnes, formerly of Fox News. Keven was OM in Memphis at another cluster prior to his arrival at WAFJ in April 2020. He’ll be at WAFJ until Dec 17th. 


Gospel Radio Favorites with host Brian Crowe adds WZRG/Portsmouth, Ohio (Grace-FM 98.3). Brian, “What an honor, and I’m excited to be on this great southern gospel station in Ohio. I can’t wait to see how God uses this station to reach the lost.”

Moody Radio says it will be rebranding and transitioning the format of The Word in Song to The Praise & Worship Channel on Moody-1 effective Monday, January 24, 2022. This move will utilize the same music and voice tracks on The Praise & Worship Channel as well as on Moody-1. It will also bring consistency to affiliates that play The Praise & Worship Channel overnight.

The music library currently in use on The Word in Song is the same as that on The Praise & Worship Channel, and Donna Leland will remain the air talent in the weeknight time slot of 8-11 p.m. CT.

SRN News White House correspondent Greg Clugston (pictured below) accompanied President Joe Biden and the First Lady on Air Force One last week for an early Thanksgiving celebration with our armed forces at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Inside a large hangar, President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden spread some holiday cheer by donning blue aprons with the Presidential seal and served mashed potatoes and stuffing in the buffet line. Fort Bragg is home to the Army’s 18th Airborne Corps and the Army’s Special Operations Command.
