Salem Music Network Night Light Host, Bonnie Curry, was honored with a visit from a living hero at her KLTY /Dallas studios. One of the few remaining Tuskegee Airmen, Staff Sergeant Homer Hogues (pictured at left) came by to share some stories after a caller to Night Light revealed that her grandfather was a member of the legendary Army Air Corps flying group. The Tuskegee Airmen overcame segregation and prejudice to become one of the most highly respected fighter groups of World War II. You can see dramatizations of their heroics in movies like “Red Tails.”


A Memorial Celebration was held yesterday for WOWB/Pensacola GM Dale Riddick. The celebration was held at Marcus Pointe Church. Dale passed away last week after battling with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Dale will be missed dearly by his many friends and colleagues in Christian Radio. Please continue to lift up his wife and children during this difficult time.
