KGGN/Hemet, CA (102.5 The Vine) has created a way for the community to gather together, virtually, to thank doctors, nurses, and first responders for all they are doing to fight this Coronavirus pandemic through the Faith Over Fear Rally on Good Friday at 7:30pm. The station will present a special program beginning at 7:30pm on Good Friday with worship led by national recording artist and local resident, Coffey Anderson along  with Christian recording artist Andrew Hopkins and other community faith leaders. The program will guide listeners through an hour of inspired virtual thank you messages through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

General Manager and On-Air host Doc Maranville said, “It is truly an inspiration to feel the excitement and unity in our community to support our Frontline Warriors through this synchronized virtual thank you called Faith Over Fear.” Worship leader Coffey Anderson said, “Put your flashers on, turn the radio up, roll your windows down this Great Friday evening at 7:30 and let’s put iton social media that we’re behind our Frontline Warriors pulling for them and with them.”

At 7:30pm on Good Friday, everyone in the community is invited to turn on car flashers, listen to The Vine (102.5FM or online at www.1025thevine.org ), and capture their virtual  message of gratitude by picture or video. Then, each person is encouraged to upload  that message to Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook with the tag #FAITHoverFEAR.  Healthcare workers and first responders will then be able to see the constant stream of gratitude by searching #FAITHoverFEAR.

The one-hour music special “Good Friday-Worldwide” will air on tonight at 8/7PM CT on KLOVE  & Air1 as well as 30 additional stations and features Chris Tomlin leading in worship, a message from Max Lucado with guest appearances by Pat Barrett, We The Kingdom and Matt Maher.

“This is a moment aligned by God to touch millions of lives,” said Chris. “What was originally thought of to be ‘Good Friday Nashville’ in an arena of maybe 16,000 is now going to be a night of worship with millions on a global scale. While we can’t be together physically for the safety of our families and of the world, we can worship together in our homes. This is a unique moment in time and may be one of the most powerful Easter weekends we will ever experience in our lifetime.”
The live special was filmed last month at the TBN studios outside Nashville under the guidance of local health officials and safety protocols determined by the CDC.

KSLT/Rapid City (Power 107.1) hosted a special prayer vigil throughout South Dakota last night. The event was for people to get out of their houses for a few minutes and show support for area medical teams. The special prayer vigil was aired on KSLT over the air & online and included prayers from KSLT PD Jamie Knapp

SiriusXM (The Message) will provide special programming so listeners can remain connected in faith and celebration this weekend.
