KAXL/Bakersfield (Life 88.3) is off the air due to transmitter failure. KAXL morning host Jon Engan says, “The transmitter age has been dogging us for the past couple of years and now, just days before the banquet to help raise funds for a new location and a new transmitter it dies. I love the fact that Satan dislikes this work so much that he has to pull a stunt like this. This is our 25th year in Bakersfield and by God’s grace we are ready to give it 25 more!” HisAir.Net is asking the Christian Radio & Records community to pray that necessary funds come in soon for the transition to a new transmitter. KAXL continues to stream live on its website.
