WMIT/Black Mountain (106.9 The Light) has released a new online stream, “The Christmas Light,” playing all Christmas music. The stream is free to everyone, and plays continuously with no commercials. Listeners can stream from their computer or through the 106.9 The Light smartphone app. To listen to “The Christmas Light,” visit http://bit.ly/thechristmaslight.

On air and online at www.1069thelight.org, the radio programming will remain the same through December, with occasional Christmas music.

Sorry to report the passing of Kevin Linagen. Kevin was on the air at stations WPLM, WJIB, and with Blount Communications. He was 74.
