Focus on the Family announced “ALIVE 2020” – a nationwide pro-life celebration that will take place on May 9, 2020 – the day before Mother’s Day.

Focus will be “Alive” from Southern California, Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta and South Florida with live music, speakers, and a live ultrasound of a baby. More about todays announcement by watching the video HERE.


NAB Crystal Radio Awards entry window opens January 1st. Ten NAB member stations will receive national recognition and be honored with this prestigious award during the 2020 NAB Show in Las Vegas.  Information is available here.

The Illinois District Council of the Assemblies of God closed on the sale of WCFL/Morris, IL.
Illinois Bible Institute Inc. closed on the sale of WBGL/Champaign, IL, WCRT/Terre Haute, IN, WIBI/Carlinville, and others to the University of  Northwestern – St. Paul (NORTHWESTERN MEDIA) for $9,901,558.34 plus $200,000 in third-party underwriting announcements for the seller’s non-broadcast, non-profit activities for one year.
Penfold Communications, INC. closed on the sale of noncommercial Religion WTPG/Toledo to Taylor University Broadcasting for $500,000.

Salem Media Group, Inc. announced today it is postponing the release of its third quarter 2019 financial results to accommodate the additional time required by the company and its independent auditors to finalize the analysis of valuation allowances for deferred taxes.
