WAKW/Cincinnati (Star 93.3) PD Jeff  Evans tells HisAir.Net, “At 12:01 am Wednesday, November 1st STAR 93.3 in Cincinnati made it’s annual flip to all-Christmas.”

Jeff says, “Each year around July 4th I receive my first phone call asking when our Christmas music will start, and it continues from there.  It’s become a tradition for many families in the Cincinnati area to listen to Christmas music before Thanksgiving. I’m excited that STAR 93.3 is such an important part of helping families celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.  The most exciting part for me is hearing from new listeners to the station during this time. Each year we hear from many who began listening because of the Christmas music and then continued to listen when we returned to regular programming because of the message of God’s Hope and Love that many heard for the first time while listening to Christmas music.”

This Monday (11/6), The Billy Graham Channel will debut on SiriusXM as an exclusive, limited-time channel. As Billy Graham’s 99th birthday arrives next week, BGEA has compiled a select offering of his Crusade messages to feature back-to-back. Sprinkled in will be brief backgrounds on the messages, and the Crusades from which they came, and reflections on Mr. Graham from his son, Franklin Graham, his daughter Anne Graham Lotz, along with a number of former presidents.

The Billy Graham Channel will be heard on SiriusXM channel 145 from Monday morning 11/6 through Friday night 11/17.

Due to budget cuts at Salem WFFH/Nashville ((4.1 The Fish) PD Vance Dillard has exited. Vance has accepted a position with Strong Tower Christian Media. STCM operates WFCJ/Dayton and WEEC/Dayton. It will be great to be a part of their plan to maximize both WFCJ and WEEC.”
