What’s your vision for 2016?
This is a major week for Positive Alternative Radio. It’s our annual Vision Week. Monday through Wednesday, PAR’s 17 leaders will gather to give presentations, share the vision, challenge each other and have candid conversations.
On Thursday and Friday, every single PAR team member will arrive for two days of inspiration and encouragement.
Our goal is simple: to stoke the passion of our team members.
This is our fourth Vision Week. It’s become a staple of our leadership culture.
We will discuss culture building, income, programming, digital media, listener engagement, leadership mentoring, engineering and so much more.
Wins are celebrated.
Awards are given.
Ideas are shared.
Plans are made.
Tasks are assigned to leaders and teams.
Timelines are set.
Dear Christian Radio…have your own vision week.
When is the last time you inspired your team?
Have you thanked them lately?
What’s your plan for 2016?
Do they have a reason, besides a paycheck, to come to work everyday?
Gather your team and discuss the future.
Set the dates.
Gather the team.
Have the conversation.
We also would like to make this offer to you.
We believe in local Christian radio deeply, and so we’ll help you.
We’ll share with you our planning documents, sample schedule and suggest topics.
Why would do all that?
It’s part of our vision to help local Christian radio.
Shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
So, are you ready to lead?
Are you ready to cast a vision?
